This is a mild stroker setup, using a 4.000" stroke to produce 6.8 liters of displacement (compared to 6.2 in the stock configuration). Great for all different applications, with enhanced bottom end power and torque due to the longer stroke, in addition to the extra 60+ cubic inches over stock. The available low to medium compression ratios also make them perfect for either naturally aspirated or boosted configurations. Bore sizes are set at 4.070".
This configuration uses a bit longer 4.125" stroke to produce a 7.0L (429cid) displacement. As a result, motors using this setup will have more bottom end power than the 6.8L, at the expense of top-end power and high RPMs. Great for applications where high RPM aren't generally as important, such as street/strip running either naturally aspirated or boosted. Bore sizes set at 4.070".
