This is a stock style setup, featuring a 4.000" stroke and bore sizes ranging from 4.470" to 4.600". Whether the kit is intended for stock replacement or racing, various levels of compression will allow for improved performance with emphasis on top-end power and high RPM.
This is a stroker setup featuring a 4.250" stroke and bore sizes ranging from 4.470" to 4.600". Because of the longer stroke and desirable configuration, these kits are a great balance between low-end torque and high-end power and RPM, making them extremely versatile, as well as more powerful than stock. They are great in any environment ranging from street to drag racing applications.
This is a more radical stroker configuration, using a 4.500" stroke to produce a massive amount of torque and power low in the RPM band, along with an enormous cubic inch displacement. The tradeoff is that a tall-deck block must be used, either OEM (GM's big block truck block), or aftermarket (Dart, etc.). Great for applications that emphasize torque and not necessarily high-end power and high RPM, such as trucks, tow rigs, off-road vehicles, etc. Available in bore sizes ranging from 4.470" to 4.600".
